Science Café: How would our food taste without pollinators?

The Science Café is your opportunity to address the challenges of risk assessment on pollinator health and find out about ongoing EFSA efforts on this issue. At our buffet table you will be confronted with the fact that up to 75% of our food production depends on insect pollinators – two dishes out of three that we put on the table could disappear without pollinators. Visit us to discuss the risks to pollinators and our diets through a live 10-minute presentation with Q&A, posters/videos and an interactive board to collect your feedback.
